About Us
LEPH Link has been developed as part of a collaborative partnership acting on recommendations that promote a 'Public Health Approach to Policing'.
Partners include: University of Leeds, The School of Public Health (Health Education England Y&H), Public Health England Y&H. The original content was co-produced in partnership with colleagues in all four police forces covering the Yorkshire and Humber region, where LEPH Link was originally piloted.Â
Initial feedback from officers was positive and comments included:
- Everybody liked the layout of the app and the information contained in it;
- It is easily accessible and simple to follow;
- It is a useful application from an engagement perspective; and
- This is something that helps officers and saves them time.
Devon and Cornwall Police will be operating a geographical pilot trial of LEPH Link in Plymouth from September to December 2022 and some of the content has been adapted to ensure it is relevant to the Devon and Cornwall area.Â
