Family Hubs
Family hubs bring together different services in a ‘one stop shop’ to make it easier to get the help you and your family need. They provide a single place to go for face-to-face support and information from a variety of services.
You can get support from a family hub if you’re:
- A parent or carer of a child aged 0 to 19, or 25 with special educational needs or a disability
- Pregnant
- A young person up to the age of 19, or up to 25 for a young person with special educational needs or a disability.
These hubs provide a welcoming and accessible space where parents can access a wide range of coordinated services, such as parenting support, early years assistance, mental health services, and practical help with employment and housing.
All services are free to use, ensuring that support is available to all families when they need it. By bringing services together in one place, Family Hubs aim to simplify access to support, promote early intervention, and ensure families receive the help they need at the right time.
Note: This page will be developed further at a later date to include further support services for Children, Young People and Families.
