Family Hubs

Family Hubs are a national initiative offering integrated services and support for families with children and young people aged 0-19, or up to 25 for those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

These hubs provide a welcoming and accessible space where parents can access a wide range of coordinated services, such as parenting support, early years assistance, mental health services, and practical help with employment and housing.

All services are free to use, ensuring that support is available to all families when they need it. By bringing services together in one place, Family Hubs aim to simplify access to support, promote early intervention, and ensure families receive the help they need at the right time.
